Jay is Gradient’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the strategy and direction of Gradient’s sales and marketing activities.  Jay’s career has consistently found him at the nexus of marketing and technology, with a proven track record of exceeding goals in leading global sales, business development, and trade marketing teams. A recognized leader with an ability to recruit, lead, and train, Jay thrives on establishing a culture of high performance and having worked in both corporate and start-up environments including Adobe, The Rubicon Project and Machinima and Microsoft.

Jay is now putting into practice his expertise about brands and technology in order to help Gradient’s customers move from insights to action and to maximize sales and ROI.
